Columbus is one of three cities where free tax help will be made available to those with disabilities.
The Center for Financial Independence and Innovation is using a grant to offer volunteer income tax assistance sites during February and March. The
service is free for individuals and families making less than
$42,000 per year. The organization is getting part of $25,000 made available by
the National Disability Institute.
The VITA sessions will be held at the Columbus Public Library.
