A Phenix City Man is now 2.5 million dollars richer. 53 year old John Tull won a top prize playing the instant game called Millionaire Jumbo Bucks. It's a $20 dollar scratch off lottery ticket that Tull purchased at Villa Nova Beverages in Columbus. Tull, a widower and father of two, plans to pay off his mortgage and buy a new truck. Tull said he has spent over $300 hundred dollars on scratch off lottery tickets in the past.
