Local Mercedes-Benz winner revealed

COLUMBUS, Ga. --

Anjanette Thomas of Phenix City is the winner of a brand new 2012 Mercedes-Benz.

Her ticket was the last remaining out of hundreds in a raffle held by Mercedes-Benz of Columbus Thursday.

She wins her choice of either a $40,000 Mercedes-Benz C250 Sedan or GLK350 SUV.

The tickets were sold for $100 and all proceeds go to benefit the Greater Columbus American Heart Association.

The second place winner will get a Mini Mercedes-Benz Pedal Car. A car pillow goes to third place.
