The new Miss Georgia will be crowned this weekend.

Emily Cook will be formally crowned Sunday at the Cunningham Center from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. The crowning is free and open to the public.

First runner-up Emily Cook was named the new Miss Georgia when winner Miss Capital City Kristina Higgins relinquished her crown June 26, the day after the pageant.
