Lane Kiffin Votes For Tide

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Tennessee coach Lane Kiffin says the AP Top 25 has it right - Alabama, not Florida, is the No. 1 team in the nation.
By vaulting the Gators into the top spot in The Associated Press poll, the Crimson Tide set up the Vols’ second game against the No. 1 team in the nation this season.
After facing Florida and watching lots of film on the Crimson Tide, Kiffin says Alabama is the right choice for No. 1.
He says it’s hard to draw many comparisons between the two teams besides talent. Alabama favors size, Florida relies on speed.
He says the Crimson Tide (7-0, 4-0 Southeastern Conference) are a more complete team and pointed out that while Alabama dominated Arkansas 35-7, Florida barely got by the Razorbacks 23-20.
