Hall Looks Forward To Trip Back To Atlanta

ASHBURN, Va. (AP) - DeAngelo Hall has plenty of positive things to say about his old team, the Atlanta Falcons.

He’s still no fan of his old coach, Bobby Petrino.

Hall returns to play in the Georgia Dome on Sunday for the first time since the Falcons traded him after the 2007 season. That was the year Hall and Petrino got into a shouting match on the sideline, as well as the year Petrino quit before the season was over.

Hall says he’s not surprised the Falcons have bounced back so quickly. He says he’s proud of his former teammates, but he called Petrino a derogatory name. Hall says the current Arkansas head coach “came in trying to change too many things and then left in the middle of it.“
