$10,000 Sanction Proposed Against “Birther” Lawyer
$10,000 Sanction Proposed Against
Captain Connie Rhodes writes letter to judgePublished: September 18, 2009
Federal Judge Clay Land may have made good on his threat of sanctions against a lawyer for an army officer fighting deployment on the claim that President Barack Obama was not born in this country. In an order today Judge Land denied a motion for a Stay of Deployment for Captain Connie Rhodes, filed by Attorney Orly Taitz yesterday. The motion was filed after Judge Land threatened sanctions and dismissed the complaint calling it frivolous. Taitz has 14 days to show why a $10,000 penalty as a sanction should not be imposed against her. We tried reaching Taitz. She has not returned our calls.
In a bizarre twist, News 3 has received a copy of a letter to Judge Clay Land, written by the officer in this case, Captain Connie Rhodes. In it she writes she is shipping out to Iraq and asks the Judge to withdraw the Motion to Stay the Deployment. She denies authorizing Taitz to file on her behalf.

Larry Sinclair is a career criminal who is trying to inject himself in this story because he is under the delusion that Orly is out to get him. Public records and court filings reveal that he has a 27-year criminal record, with a specialty in crimes involving deceit. The record includes forgery charges in two states, one of which drew Sinclair a 16-year jail sentence. The Pueblo County, Colo., Sheriff’s Office also has an outstanding warrant for Sinclair’s arrest for forging an acquaintance’s signature and stealing her tax refunds. The man has no credibility!
WRBL-TV needs to air and immediate correction to this story as it regards the “letter for Capt. Rhodes.“
I have verified that Letter was NOT faxed from the Columbus, GA OfficeMax store and have demonstrated the letter is a forgery.
After comparing the signatures of Capt. Rhodes from a notarized letter on PACER to the signature on this letter, it is clear they are not the same and the letter is a forgery.
WRBL-TV needs to see and hear the following and then immediately air a retraction of the letter part of their story. You have been the victim of a fraud.
WRBL-TV and U.S. DISTRICT COURT MIDDLE DISTRICT OF GEORGIA VICTIMS OF FRAUD: Proof “Capt. Rhodes Letter a Fraud”

I have contacted Ft. Benning and the OfficeMax store in Columbus, GA where this letter was faxed from.
I believe WRBL-TV should post a disclaimer on this story because there are several facts that do not add up.
First: If Capt. Rhodes was deployed on Friday 9-18-09 she would not have been allowed to stop at OfficeMax to send a fax.
Second: Why did WRBL-TV not attempt contact Capt. Rhodes or Ft. Benning to verify that Capt. Rhodes did in fact deploy to Iraq on 9-18-09
Third: Why has WRBL-TV not gone to OfficeMax and asked to view the store video from Friday 9-18-09 between 1:30 and 2:00 PM?
Fourth: The signature line is an obvious “cut & paste” from another document
Fifth: After I reported this on my own site, the Notarized letter from Capt. Rhodes claiming her superiors refused to allow her to appear at a 9-11-09 hearing, which was posted by Attorney Orly Taitz has been removed by Taitz.
WRBL-TV reports on a letter that you did not verify and confirm and then when it is brought to your attention the signature on the letter is most likely a cut & paste, you still do not post a disclaimer?
Interesting.
After careful review of the letter claiming to be from Cpt. Rhodes, I believe this letter to be a forgery.
Look very closely at the signature it was cut and pasted from another document. They left the signature line from the document it was cut and pasted from and you will notice they cut off part of the signature below where they typed in cpt. Connie M. Rhodes, MD.
Another fake by Orly Taitz to claim she is a victim?
If Capt Rhodes did not authorize Orly Taitz to file this Motion Orly Taitz again demonstrates she is not representing the interest of her clients.
It demonstrates Orly Taitz is interested in nothing but her own ego.
First she files knowingly false documents in two U.S. District Court’s and solicits individuals to give perjured/false testimony and now this?
