Day of Prayer Planned for Upcoming Third Brigade Deployment

This Sunday, more than 160 churches in Columbus will be supporting the Third Brigade in a day of prayer. All the congregations will dedicate twenty to thirty seconds of prayer to soldiers and their families. Fort Benning’s Chaplain has spent the past several weeks visiting area churches to ask for congregants thoughts and prayers as soldiers get ready to go overseas.
