FBI Hunts For “Grandad Bandit”
There’s a $10,000 reward out for the man the FBI is calling the “Grandad Bandit.”
He’s robbed banks in seven states to date, including a bank in Birmingham, Alabama and Atlanta. The man is described as a bald, 50 to 60 year old male.
The robberies started in April, the latest on October 16th in Tallahassee Florida.
Investigators say the suspect quietly presents a demand note to the teller and then departs the bank without disrupting the normal service around him.
