H1N1 Deaths Reported in Both Alabama and Georgia

Both Georgia and Alabama are reporting deaths from the H1N1 flu virus. A 10 year old girl in the Augusta area is the latest Georgian to die from the virus. Officials say she is the second child in the state who died of the illness without having an underlying health condition. 27 Georgians have died from H1N1. In Alabama, a Cherokee County man in his fifties is the latest victim, bringing the state’s total to 17 fatalities from H1N1.
