Inconclusive Autopsy Results For Marion Co. Senior

The preliminary autopsy results are in for 18 year old Marion County Senior Erick Gutierrez, but they are inconclusive.

The Marion County Coroner says it will be 90 days before the final results are back. 

Gutierrez was a senior at Marion County High School. He died after collapsing during football practice a week ago.

Meanwhile, Gutierrez’ classmates are still selling memorial T-shirts. They broke even on their first order because they gave about 100 t-shirts to the Gutierrez family. 

But for the next order, the club plans to let the family choose whether the proceeds will go towards the Joanna McAfee Childhood cancer foundation or the American Heart Association.
