Georgia Senate To Vote On Sunday Alcohol Bill

ATLANTA, GA—An alcohol bill aimed at giving counties across the state the choice to sell alcohol on Sunday, will go before the Georgia Senate for a vote on Wednesday.

The bill is sponsored by Senator Seth Harp of Midland, and has many supporters.

Georgia currently bans the sale of alcohol on Sundays.

No word yet on when the bill may go to the Georgia House of Representatives.
