Repeating Red Lights

Our latest Tough Question comes from Debbie Seeley.  She wants to know about red lights.

“I just want to know when are we going to get the light synchronized?  I can hit a red light green light, red light green light red light green light or three red lights in a row and never can seem to manage to get three green lights in a row.“
